What Are PIVOT Programs?
IPR's Professional Integration of Vocational Opportunities and Transition (PIVOT) Programs are live, 3-hour professional development sessions designed to support individuals navigating career transition—including previously incarcerated individuals, Veterans, teachers, athletes, recent graduates, and retirees. Each session helps participants build confidence, clarify their skills, strengthen their career narratives, and prepare for meaningful employment opportunities.

Participants who complete a program receive the IPR Certificate of Professional Readiness.
